ACCHSH, the Polish producer of highly advanced solutions based on the PuzzleFlow workflow system, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe have announced an agreement of strategic co-operations. On its basis chosen software created by ACCHSH have been implemented in the Konica Minolta digital workflow driving bizhub digital printing systems produced by the company. The solutions, offered as PJ Analyzer and PJ Optimizer (both of which contain preflight and job submission tool PJ Express), have been recently introduced to Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe sales network.

Depending on configuration, PJ Analyzer/Optimizer software can be used as a basic or expanded workflow processing system for PDF verification and automatic optimizing and is devoted for high quality print production realized in Konica Minolta digital color presses as well as for any prepress studio. It comes with a bunch of independent but pretty cooperative modules, allowing for efficient and fully automated PDF documents processing, its inspection and preparing for printing. PJ Analyzer/Optimizer consists of such modules as preflighting, normalization, optimization, advanced corrections, color management and soft proofing. Due to its module-based PuzzleFlow structure, the system can be configured and suited strictly to the user’s needs by adding JDF-based imposition or trapping (when using offset presses, too) modules. Moreover, PJ Express program is installed at the Konica Minolta user’s computers (PC or Mac) which allows for self-made preflighting and submitting job to production server linked with priting presses.
Potential target markets of PJ Analyer/Optimizer are: B2C – due to large amounts of print files from many different sources, B2B – to improve the workflows and in general wherever PDF’s need to be preflighted for printing. Due to its flexibility, modularity and functionality, PJ Analyzer/Optimizer is an ideal solution not only for a small prepress studio, but also for large production environment.
