Infosystems has completed the process of purchasing ownership rights for the PuzzleFlow software – one of the most popular solutions for complex preparing of graphic files for printing. As a result of the investment, the company will create unique IT solutions for printing, publishing and packaging industries. PuzzleFlow technology, acquired by Infosystems, is currently used by Fuji USA, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, Ricoh Europe and others.

After completing the transaction, Infosystems company has become the sole owner of rights for the technology, that is highly acclaimed among numerous printing and publishing companies all over the world - says Mariusz Sosnowski, President of Infosystems. – The technology we have just purchased offers a big potential. With support of our know-how it will enable us  to create new solutions devoted for printing industry as well as strengthen our position in this market area.

PuzzleFlow technology is being developed in the Cracow-based Research & Development Centre, established by Infosystems. The centre coordinates a co-operation between IT specialists of Warsaw-based Infosystems company and the creators of PuzzleFlow technology. The newly developed solutions, based on PuzzleFlow technology, will be distributed through a wide sales network, covering Europe, both Americas, Australia and Asia.

Infosystems is a leading company among vendors of integrated IT solutions for printing and packaging industries. In 2007 it was listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange market. The important part of Infosystems business activities is supporting its customers in obtaining European funds for implementation of the company’s software solutions. The European Funds Department, being an integrated part of Infosystems has already gained more than EUR 40 millions grants for the company’s customers.
