Infosystems will be attending this year’s drupa 2012 trade fair, held in Duesseldorf from 3rd to 16th of May. The company will present its innovative software solutions at the booth No. B20, in the integrated software-devoted hall 7A. Infosystems will focus on the innovative system of processing graphic files and driving the printing production based on PuzzleFlow and PrintManager technologies. It has been created by the Cracow-based Research & Development Centre of Infosystems.

The location of our booth at this year’s drupa trade fair is not accidental – says Krzysztof Lukaszewicz, Sales Director at Infosystems. – We will be accompanied by the biggest global companies specialising in software solutions for printing industry. It means we will be gathered with vendors who – just as Infosystems – have become established players in this business area. It’s worth to mention that we will be localised very close to Print Automation Park – a special exhibition prepared by CIP4 organization, focusing on processes integration. We are extremely glad that after four years we will be once again present in this exclusive area thanks to our extensive offer, placing Infosystems among the most important global players in this market area. We hope it will attract many visitors from all of the world, whom we kindly invite to visit our booth.

Every day the drupa 2012 visitors will be welcomed by numerous representatives of Infosystems, present at the booth. The company’s team will include sales department persons, industry experts specializing in integrated management systems area as well as software specialists, focusing on workflow for advanced processing of graphic files. PuzzleFlow solutions, purchased by Infosystems several months ago, are worldwide awarded and established software, distributed by numerous sales partners in many countries and continents. All of them will be present at the booth, assisting in contacts with trade visitors speaking in different languages, interested in Infosystems’ solutions.
One of the main topics of Infosystems’ presentations at drupa will be its flagship product – PrintManager. The solution streamlines company’s management activities and it has attracted big attention from many customers. During the short period of time we implemented PrintManager in dozens of large and middle printing houses and production sites. We hope that its new version, based on growing needs and experiences of our customers, will attract interest of drupa visitors – adds Krzysztof Lukaszewicz.
PrintManager architecture is based on international standards established by CIP4 consortium (Infosystems is the member of the organization). The solutions enables registration, processing and presentation of data concerning all stages of sales process: from acquiring a quote, through cost estimating, sales negotiations, order registration, preparing job tickets, production planning, registration of production processed, to sales and final distribution.

Another important product from Infosystems to be presented at drupa 2012 is WebToPrint – revolutionary solutions for printers looking for advanced tool allowing reduction of job delivery. It enables preparing calculation of the chosen job type, verifying and submitting job files as well as placing orders online. Additionally, it allows customers for controlling warehouse stocks in production sites.
Drupa 2012 will be a venue of the absolute debut of Infosystems’ another innovative project – WebShop, a B2B portal for printers and print buyers. It is based on innovative business model, offered for printers and customers from the whole world. WebShop will be a contact place for two business parties: print buyers and print services providers, using highly automated process steps and considering preparation of graphic file according to high quality printing processes and wide access to the platforms’ opportunities. The jobs submitted through the system will be sent directly to one of the registered printers using PrintManager. Moreover, the system will automatically recognize which printing house is ready to do the chosen job, considering its specification, available production capacity as well as short delivery time, optimizing the costs and guaranteeing high quality. The WebShop solution will enable submitting the job as a ready-to-print file, directly to the printing press.
We hope that this unprecedented project will attract interest of our drupa guests – Krzysztof Lukaszewicz continues. – By this solution we wish to deliver numerous job orders for printers participating in the portal, helping them in expanding their business, increasing revenues and orders portfolio. The portal will be a great tool for print buyers as well. They will be able to order jobs in many different circulations – ranging in size from one copy to the biggest, multimillion orders. The forthcoming drupa fair will be visited by representatives of all kinds of print buyers so we are looking forward to meet many customers interested in this kind of B2B system.
